These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Urban Synergy Hub's website, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership and Subscriptions
1.1 Membership to Urban Synergy Hub ("USH") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
1.2 Subscription plans may include free trials, monthly memberships, or annual commitments. You will be notified before any free trial converts to a paid subscription.
1.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial membership periods.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.
2.3 USH reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or participate in fraudulent activities.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and assumes all risks associated with participation.
3.2 You should consult with a physician prior to beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions.
3.3 USH is not responsible for any injuries sustained during practice, whether following our instruction or otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All content included in the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of USH or its content suppliers.
4.2 You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Service without express permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 USH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
5.2 In no event shall USH's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to USH in the six months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 USH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or in-service notifications.
6.2 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
